I was born in Sydney Australia and came to the United States when I was 12. My parents were hard workers, often working two jobs each. It had been instilled in me to be hardworking, honest, and reliable and that is how I have always lived my life and handled my business.
I have been lucky and have owned various businesses over the years.
Cassie and I had already been investing in tax liens and deeds around the States and acquiring properties here and there that we wholesale and occasionally flip. I thought to myself, I should be doing that here in our own backyard, and that is how we started purchasing properties here in California.

Guy and I are empty nesters, we are adventurous and love traveling – we also have that new precious cargo – grandbabies!
